Ashley Anne
I have always been inspired by people. I am passionate about health and wellness and I have dedicated my life to creating that for myself and others. My specialties are working with couples and also with trauma survivors. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe space for you to heal and grow into the best self that you can. Together, we can make that happen!
Education
My education began in Duluth, Minnesota at the College of St. Scholastica where I received my undergraduate degree in Social Work. My Masters Degree in Social Work was obtained at Syracuse University in 2015. I have been working with individuals, couples and families ever since.
Professional Experience
I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Polyvagal theory, Problem-Solving Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and more. I am a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist. I am currently receiving EMDRIA approved EMDR training.

More About Ashley Anne
I spend the majority of my free time outside running, hiking, mountain biking, going for long walks or laying in a hammock. I love to learn and am constantly reading or listening to books, podcasts or videos. I am also an animal lover and ensure that I leave plenty of time to spoil the animals in my life.
